Tree Happy

The music within a forest, the scent of the trees and plants, the sunlight playing through the trees, the fresh, clean air.. we all know how good being in nature can make us feel.
Being among nature can improve our mood, restore our energy and vitality, refresh and revitalise us. When we open our senses, we begin to connect to nature.
Biophilia hypothesis is a concept that was made popular by American Biologist Edward O. Wilson in 1984 and means humans have a biological need to connect with nature – because we have evolved in nature. This affinity for the natural world is fundamental to our health, as vital to our wellbeing as regular exercise and a healthy diet.
